Location of Warranty Administrator – Basingstoke (This role could also be remote from Dartford, Bristol, Northampton, Enfield)

Salary of the Warranty Administrator – £30,000pa

Working Hours for the Warranty Administrator / Warranty Advisor – Monday to Friday Days

Our client requires a Vehicle or Fleet Warranty Administrator / Warranty Advisor for their depot in Basingstoke, however they will look at the role being remote from a one their other sites.

Responsibilities of a Warranty Administrator / Warranty Advisor:

·Ensure that invoices/warranty and R&M claims are processed daily, accurately and in line with Company policies and procedures

·Ensure that queries/rejections are cleared promptly

·Maintain and file customer/warranty and R&M invoices/claims as required by the Company and the relevant correspondence and documentation

·Assist credit control/line manager in resolving of customer non-payment of debt/claims as and when required

·Ensure adequate stationery is maintained on site to ensure smooth running of the department

·Help the department when needed

·Attend training in house or externally as required to fulfil duties and to ensure skill is maintained in line with the job

·Provide assistance to the General Managers as required to ensure the smooth running of the section.

Skills and Qualifications of a Warranty Administrator / Warranty Advisor:

·Strong administrative background

·Experience in the motor trade essential

·Technical knowledge of vehicles preferred

·Commercial or Fleet experience of dealing with vehicles an advantage

·Ability to work alone and part of team and to ensure get results
