Kolt recruitment are looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to Manage a team of 5 remote VDA'S and be responsible for the team performance. This position is partly remote based with 1 day a week being on site working with the VDA team. This is a fantastic opportunity to either extend or step up into a management experience within accident repair
Key Responsibilities:
* Estimation on accident damaged cars (images)
* Management of 5 remote VDA'S (Remote) 1 SIte visit a Week / Portsmouth
* Work efficiently
* Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
* Audatex Certified
* Previous experience working as a Vehicle Damage Assessor within a busy body shop and be a strong team player.
* Work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
