We are a growing business and our we’re now looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team. EGL are looking for someone with a passion for speaking with people, a desire to offer top customer service, strong organisational and administration skills. This role will be vital to the continued growth of the company in all departments.

What does the role look like?

* Arranging training course documentation

* Speaking with customers about their recertification dates

* Liaising with all teams internally to ensure the smooth running of courses

* Course scheduling and organising

* Administration of new and existing bookings, courses and customers

* CRM Database and diary management

* Procurement of course materials

* Assist with general office duties
