Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Huddersfield

XCL are offering Trainee Recruitment Consultant positions in our Huddersfield branch.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be trained in all aspects of recruitment either on a Temporary desk or permanent desk. You will be focusing on the Construction and Industrial sectors.

A Recruitment Resourcer will be responsible for:

* Interviewing and registering new candidates.

* Sourcing candidates for current and future vacancies.

* Building strong candidate relationships.

* Efficiently conducting registrations and checking identification documents.

* Ensuring all details are correct.

* Generating leads from new connections.

* Conducting reference calls.

* Updating our systems with regular contact between the candidates and XCL.

* Compliance and industry knowledge.

We will take you through the stages of developing into a successful Consultant with the opportunity of progressing in your career.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

* A genuine desire to learn the skills required in the role.

* A flair in sales.

* Enjoy working with people.

* Have good telephone skills.

* IT literate and the ability to pick up and learn new information.

* Some work experience within a customer service environment.
