Trainee Field Sales Executive
Our brief is to find ambitious candidates to join the Business Development Team with the potential to progress into Business Development Managers.
PLEASE NOTE we are NOT looking for experienced sales people. What we are looking for is candidates with customer service or retail experience who want to develop a career in Business to Business sales.
The successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive sales training programme, designed to give exposure to a wide range of sales functions and activities.
Candidates must:
have work experience within a customer interfacing business environment
be highly self-motivated and have the hunger to succeed
be able to self-manage and plan effectively
have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in order to create rapport
be driven by targets and be passionate about what they do
have a full UK driver's license
operate out of their local Regional Distribution Centre
