Elevation Recruitment Business Support are working with a leading ever growing business based in Leeds who are looking for a strong and thorough Administrator to support their compliance and security team.

The successful Administrator will have a good understanding of all Microsoft packages including Excel and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Be the first point of contact for all compliance and vetting queries
-Provide advice and guidance on the security process
-Support the wider HR team with any administrative tasks
-Liaise with all internal stakeholders
-Updating spreadsheets
-Digital filing
-Producing letters
-Checking referencing documentation

Key Skills:
-Proven administration experience in a fast-paced office environment is essential
-Strong IT literacy, particularly experienced working with Excel
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-The ability to quickly pick up and work with in-house systems on which full training will be provided
