We have an exciting new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our client’s friendly team. The purpose of this role is to manage recruitment activity across the business and liaise with hiring managers. This is a full-time permanent position working remotely, with just 2 days in the office and flexibility around start and finishing times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conducting full and detailed job briefings with line managers
* Managing the attraction and sourcing process for roles
* Building key relationships with a range of hiring managers, HR teams and key senior stakeholders across the organisation
* Liaise with local HR teams and hiring managers to gather feedback
* Assess candidate applications and screen them against the job requirements
* Conduct detailed and insightful telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability
* Provide interview coaching and training to line managers and internal candidates where necessary
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Previous experience within a recruitment role is essential
* Experience at recruiting roles for Logistics / Supply Chain environment
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Ability to guide and influence senior stakeholders, with the confidence and conviction to make decisions
* Ability to manage difficult conversations and provide constructive feedback to candidates
* Excellent understanding of recruitment principles and best practice
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
* Excellent attention to detail
* Flexibility around working hours to meet the needs of the business
