This is a fantastic opportunity to join as a Supply Chain Process Improvement Lead with Saint-Gobain Formula where you are to support Formula in driving sustained improvements in supply chain & operational excellence generating advances in the Customer Satisfaction Index, Employee and Customer satisfaction scores, and further results through the sales and operations planning process. Will apply Planning, Procurement, Project management, Logistics and general supply chain skills.

As a Supply Chain Process Improvement Lead member you will be involved in the following but not limited to:

Instigating and leading projects to enhance business processes & identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
Continually challenge supply chain processes to enable evolution to remain streamlined & efficient, using improvement techniques such as value stream mapping, kaizan methodologies.
Develop current demand planning systems that are sustainable to create the best forecast possible, by collating & analysing past/future demand inputs (such as new/discontinued products and customer/ market intelligence).
Prepare & facilitate the demand & supply elements of the S&OP process, ensuring efficient, effective, and reliable reviews driven by an unbiased process. Process outputs shared in level of detail and timing required by internal customers and supply chain partners with documented assumptions, including risks and opportunities. defining assumptions, demand consolidation and analysis, preparing data pack, creating inventory projections, performing "what-ifs". Presenting data in the S&OP forums.
Development and conduction of weekly & monthly management reporting & KPIs for SC & Logistics, and the wider business with the voice of the customer in mind.Am I who you are looking for?

To be suitable for the Supply Chain Process Improvement Lead role you need to have:

Strong Supply Chain experience with project management skills.
Strong numeric and analytical skills, with attention to detail, whilst multi-tasking, being key to ensure accuracy of data & results.
Strong working knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning, and MRP methodology.
Organisation and prioritisation skills, with a well-rounded, level headed attitude.
Strong IT Keyboard skills (particularly Microsoft Excel), and the passion for automating processes.
Ability to quickly identify deviations from expected results and other disruptions, and able to promptly resolve issues.
Experience of proactive data analysis and commercial interpretation to the business.
Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Self-starter, able not only to work independently when necessary, but also as a key team player.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate decisions to senior leaders.
