Covering the Residential, Healthcare, Education, MOJ, MOD and Industrial sectors and working on contracts up to £300m in value, It's exciting and varied work. Unless you're redeveloping areas of cities, there isn't much this business isn't capable of. It's not just mega projects though, this business isn't too high-brow to know profit can be made from your £10-20m region building work and this is the bedrock to the business. You really will build broad in depth building experience here. Finally, this business is regionalised so you won't be working outside of the West Midlands.
Essentially, you'll come in as the site manager and dependent on the size of project and your experience, you'll either be the #1 or #2 responsible for on-site construction delivery. Working across the West Midlands region, you'll develop relationships with the sub-contract supply chain to create an inclusive and productive environment. Relationships are important in this business. Because this business is growing, if you are ambitious and want to progress the ranks, that's on offer here as we look for the next generation of project managers.
The package on offer includes £4.5K car allowance, 10% bonus, 27 days holiday + bank holidays, great company pension as standard and private medical.
