SITE ADMINISTRATOR – FAWLEY, SOUTHAMPTON

We are now recruiting for a Site Administrator to work on site at Fawley Refinery, working with our site delivery team. This is a full-time position, working 07:30 – 16:00 Monday to Friday each day with 30 minutes for lunch and you will report to the Commercial Manager.

The role is the first point of contact for all invoices from suppliers and trouble shooting for one of the on-site contractors.

Duties include but are not limited to;

* Liaise with vendors daily, to ensure payments are made in a timely manner

* Process invoices using SAP

* Use the sites contractor data management system (CDMS), to assist vendors with any queries and issues that may arise to help them to get paid for their working hours

* Entering agency timesheets and expenses to ensure they are paid correctly each week

* Data Entry

* Uploading documents/invoices

* Filing, photocopying, scanning

* Answering the telephones (this is worked on a rota basis)

* Client interface

Skills/Background

Applicants should have a background in working in an administration role and possess the following skills:

* Excellent IT skills

* Data entry accuracy

* Organised and able to prioritise and manage own workload

* Strong communication skills, able to build relationships and get on well with people of all levels

* Able to work well under pressure

* Good team player
