Our client has an immediate requirement for a Senior site manager on a freelance basis for temp/perm contract. You’ll be working for a leading Developer within the construction industry. This company were a market leader in 2021 for house building with plenty of projects in the pipeline to follow.
As a site manager your roll would be:
* Preparing site
* Ensure health & safety regulations are met
* Drive the project to completion for deadlines
* Settling budgets
Ideal candidate would be:
* Has Immediate availability
* Has previous experience within site management
* Can commit to a long-term contract & local to the area
* CSCS card
* Health & safety trained
