The Operations team at Border to Coast are the central point between Front Office, Risk & Compliance, and the Customer. The team is responsible for the oversight and governance of our Material Outsourcers such as Northern Trust, Bloomberg, and Real Estate service providers.

The Senior Operations Analyst will oversee the third parties engaged in Real Estate related activities and lead the build of Real Estate processes and procedures to fit the existing operating model where appropriate. As a key member of the Real Estate project team, you will be involved from design to implementation stage, through to business as usual.

We are looking for someone who has significant back / middle office experience within an asset management company or similar, who can work collaboratively across business functions. With strong Excel skills, you will have a solid understanding of investment instruments and related reporting. Experience of launch, transition and migration is desirable, as is experience of coordinating, implementing and transitioning dataflow and assets between Property Managers, Valuers, Property and Fund Accounting departments as well as helping client transitions and transaction management.

Based in Leeds, Border to Coast Pensions Partnership is an asset manager owned by 11 Local Government Pension Funds with total assets of £55 billion. It is FCA regulated, managing assets (equities, fixed income, alternatives and soon, real estate) through internal and external management. Border to Coast was established in mid-2018.
