Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator required for a manufacturing business in Grays. This is a full time permanent position, joining a small team of sales admin staff.
As a Sales Administrator your role is key as you work behind the scenes supporting the business to provide the best Customer Experience.
Role and Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator
* You will document all sales, ordering and processing appropriate paperwork
* Deal effectively with customers and subcontractors requests
* Provide quotes to customers over the phone who call in to request. You will also help if the odd customer comes onto site.
* Be the go-to person for customer queries from initial order through to completion, delivery and beyond.
* Utlising the company CRM to keep all information correct and updated (Sage).
Experience of the Sales Administrator
* Must be familiar with Sage
* Solid customer service skills
* Self-motivation and highly organised
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Previous experience in customer support, or Admin roles.
* Computer literacy
* Able to work under pressure
