Great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a Property Company in Leeds City Centre, with offices very close to the train station and 2 days WFH. This is an interesting and varied Administration role with lots of opportunities for training and progression.
Salary – £25,000
Location – Leeds City Centre
Hours – 9-5.30 or 8.30-5.00
Setting up instructions onto the Reporting system
Finding plans and leases from the Land Registry website
Finding recent rental evidence for an estimated rental value
Handling telephone calls and emails from surveyors to monitor progress
Keeping the client informed of current progress
Editing incoming reports – Good grasp of spelling and grammar required
Finding and printing out comparable evidence
Compiling reinstatement values
Liaising with Estate Agents for comparable evidenceAbout you –
Good organisational skills required
Ability to meet deadlines where required and to prioritise workloads where necessary
A good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills
