Salary from £25,000 per annum dependent on experience

12 Month fixed term contract

You will predominantly focus on the efficient and effective organisation of diaries, travel bookings and provide administrative support to the senior management team. It will be a varied and challenging role, so you will be a highly professional, self-starter with an assertive attitude

The Personal Assistant Role

Supporting 3 directors you will be coordinating all diary activity and managing of email inboxes highlighting any priority activity. Your role will include:

Ensuring the director's diaries are kept up to date with all scheduled appointments
Arranging and coordinating meeting attendance, room bookings, and preparation of materials, attending as a note taker where appropriate
Organising and prioritising incoming emails, responding where appropriate
Acting as a contact point between the senior management team and their direct reports and other key partners
Creating and distributing PowerPoint presentations where applicable
Letter writing – formation of client/customer letters and writing any external or internal communications as directed
Who are we looking for?

You will have a robust approach with the capability to adapt to changing prioritises.
Strong organisational and administration skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment, experience as a personal assistant is essential.
You will be aware of the importance of confidential and discretion in your work.
