Our client based in LS1 require a part time Administrator to join their friendly team. You will be the "go to" person of the office and be able to use your own initiative to solve problems. This role will require you to ensure the office runs smoothly at all times as well as under taking other administrative duties as required.

You will work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and the hours will ideally be 9-5.30 with one hour for lunch.

Salary – up to £24,000 FTE

Duties:

Hosting and setting up meeting rooms
Meeting and greeting visitors
Ensuring all office supplies are fully stocked
Ensuring all facilities are in working order and liaising with external people as appropriate
Booking travel and accommodation
Assisting with administration duties as required so a good grasp of Microsoft programs is required
Helping with marketing as the role growsYou will be proactive as this is a stand alone role – you will be open to learning new things as the role evolves over time
