This specialist high-quality construction organisation are seeking an Office Manager for a fixed period from mid-December 2021 until February 2023 as maternity cover. It’s an interesting and varied role for a highly organised candidate with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Office Manager Responsibilities

The role will consist of, but is not limited to, the following duties:

Procurement
Supporting the accounts and marketing teams
General admin
Answering telephone and email queries
General office maintenance
Office Manager Experience Essentials

The perfect candidate will be experienced at minute taking, organising and priortising their own workload to suit the needs of the business, have experience with calendar management, dealing with client queries and payroll. You’ll also have experience with facilities, ensuring the office is run to regulatory standards.

This role is office based in a rural location near Abingdon. The hours are 8am until 5pm.
