Office Administrator with strong customer service skills required to join a busy engineering company in Pontefract.
The role will involve:
• Working as an office administrator within an engineering company
• Being the first point of contact for customers, answering the phone and monitoring email inboxes
• Processing customer orders, conducting stock checks and liaising with different departments
• Completing timesheets and sorting clock-in cards
• Booking in and arranging deliveries
• General office administration, filing, scanning, shredding etc.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
• Experience working in a similar role
• Be positive, proactive and professional
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills in an office environment
£11.00 – £11.50ph
Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30 and Friday 08:00 – 13:30
