From assisting the accounts team, Data Entry, assisting with Front of house and welcoming guests & clients, this is a perfect role if you are looking for a varied opportunity!
If you are successful, you will be joining a small friendly office environment with one of the largest companies in their field.
To provide support to the accounting department / accountant
Cash book management, purchase ledger, journal entries
Invoicing of customers and credit control
Assist with audits
Use of computer system to book in / out jobs, raise purchase orders, create reports
Liaising with 3rd party clients, providers, and suppliers
Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails letters and packages
