If so, our client based in Witham is looking for someone with logistics environment experience to join their growing team on a permanent basis as a Logistics Planner Administrator. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to learn and work hard to drive their career forward in the Logistics sector.
Based within the Logistics office team, your duties will involve:-
Assisting with the smooth running of the pallet network system with data entry and invoicing.
Resolving driver issues.
Liaising with clients over the telephone and email, answering consignment questions in a professional manner.
Providing clients with quotes.
Ensuring all outbound freight is correctly labelled and scanned before the trailer departs.
Dealing with an issues the warehouse team may find in identifying freight.
Planning deliveries and liaising with drivers.
General office administration duties.Requirements for the Logistics Operator Planner role:-
Logistics environment office experience
Strong team player
Computer literacy and accurate keyboard skills
Excellent communication skills
Keen to learn and work hard

The working hours for this role will initially be 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and once trained you will work on a rotating shift basis. This will be one week at 6.00am to 3.00pm and the following week at 11.00am to 7.30pm and so on.
