I am recruiting for a Customer Advisor to update and assist customers after the initial sales process in a buzzy logistics department.

Your role will be to improve and develop customer service capabilities for the service and operations team. You will work within a team and have the support of a team supervisor.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, web queries

• Provide ETAs

• Work closely with the transport planners

• Resolve customer issues i

• Answer all incoming service calls (from customers not drivers)

• Respond to all customer emails

• Manage and resolve all queries on the service log
