Redde Northgate Plc Group has a fantastic opportunity within the Finance team in Huddersfield!

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our vibrant, rapidly evolving business as Group Invoicing Administrator. The role is fast paced, processing high volume invoices with frequent interactions with the FMG Repair Service network.

About the Role;

Redde Northgate brings together a broad mix of market-leading operating companies to become the UK’s foremost integrated mobility solutions provider.  It is an exciting time for us as we move to a ‘shared-service’ approach to our corporate finance service, and as the Group Invoicing Administrator, you will ensure invoicing processes and administration tasks are completed daily. Providing solutions to customer and supplier requirements and to maximise profit by striving to reach the business goals.  You will build and maintain relationships by working collaboratively with other internal departments and our suppliers to ensure we meet their expectations of monthly amounts paid.

What you have to do;

Process all supplier invoices, ensuring they meet the requirements of the authorisation, and they are addressed correctly
Chase invoices from suppliers within set targets
Log and resolve invoice queries in a timely manner, ensuring suppliers are kept updated
Reconcile supplier statements
Work closely with other Finance Teams to understand the effect of the Invoicing role and its impact on these areas within the business
Develop and nurture relationships with external suppliers that enable efficient resolution of issues that arise and minimising impact to cash flow performance
Build relationships with FMG Network team to assist in a unified, single voice in all dealings with the client and which will optimise issue resolution effectiveness
Work closely with Customer Account Managers to understand our customer expectations and work with our supplier base to meet these expectations
Identify areas for change which will result in a smoother flow of costs processed and liaise with the relevant areas to implement that change

Can work under pressure and will thrive on working to deadlines. You will have excellent communication skills.
