In this role you will be responsible to maximise the growth within your accounts. You will identify the key decision makers, build rapport and setup discovery calls with the prospects. You will utilise your sales and negotiating skills to increase your reach within each account and maximise every opportunity.
However, you will not be alone, a highly experienced team is always there to support you.
Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales targets
Build rapport, manage relationships and successfully grow business from existing and new customer accounts
Qualify customer opportunities attracted by coordinated marketing campaigns
Create quotations and manage customer negotiations
Accurately record customer interactions and report such to business managers
Key competencies
You must be able to demonstrate that you are a confident, customer orientated and proactive individual
Experience in a business context that involves relationship management preferable with experience of working within the electronics industry a distinct advantage
You are a natural communicator both written and verbal. Language skills beyond English are very welcome
You must have a proven ability to learn and confidently use technical information, preferably proven through business or academic experience
Self-motivation, enthusiasm, good organisational skills and an ability to work in a team environment are essential
You will have an understanding of CRM systems and good IT literacy skills
You are professional, articulate and well presented
Preference will be given to applicants with 3+ years’ experience in a sales or business development role
What you can expect
On target earnings of £34k with a realistic expectation of £40k+ based upon recent and current company performance.
Base salary up to £25k (dependent upon language skills)
On target commission and bonus of £5k (uncapped so earn as much as you can!)
KPI accomplishment £1.5k
Profit share based upon business performance
