Upon joining, you’ll become part of a team that supports customers at the point of their insurance renewal and deliver outstanding service and value. Our extensive, blended training and coaching program will ensure that you make a great start to driving your career forward. Based on your experience and the position selected, you’ll start on £18,575 per annum, with the potential to build to a salary of £20,500 within 12 months. Or start on £19,575 per annum, with the potential to build to a salary of £21,500 within 12 months. We also offer a generous holiday entitlement of 25 days (Plus bank holidays) and a realistic bonus scheme on top of your salary.
Openings – Inbound Customer Service Advisors, Customer Support Advisors, Call Centre Advisors, Graduate Opportunities in Customer Service.
Timings – Rotating shift Pattern including some weekends. Monday to Friday shifts between the hours of 8am and 7pm, Saturday 8.30am -5pm, Sunday 9am – 1pm.

Previous customer service experience ideally within a contact centre, hospitality, retail, or sales, preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Lots of empathy and understanding
Strong attention to detail
Reliable Wi-Fi connection
Adequate workspace to WFH*You must be able to commit to a 4-week training program. Once you have completed the training, you will begin your variable shift pattern.
