So what will I be doing exactly when I start with you?
In simplified terms, you will be advising our customers on the products and services we offer over the phone. You will either be helping them decide on the best options to suit their needs, or you will be problem solving when they need help with their accounts. All calls are inbound, so you won’t have to make any unexpected outbound calls at all! Your days will be filled with helping our friendly customers who turn to you for you expect knowledge. (Don’t worry, becoming an expert takes time, you will have support all the way up until you reach this stage). If you decide you are ready for more of a challenging role, you can become a part of our specialist team straight away, where you will be tasked with saving our customers at the point of renewal!

There are options, depending on the department you work in. We will have a chat about which one will suit you best when we call you.
New business – You will work a rotating shift pattern. Monday to Friday most of the time and you will have to work 1 in 4 weekends. You will work shifts between the hours of 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday, and when you work the weekend, Saturday is 9am – 5.30pm and Sunday you will work 9am – 1pm. (You get this time back in the week)
Customer Service – You will be working a rotating shift pattern. Within this shift pattern you will work 5 out of 8 weekends. On the days you are on Monday to Friday, you will work shifts between the hours of 8am – 7pm. When you work the weekend, you’ll be on Saturday  9am – 5.30 pm and Sunday you will work 9am – 1pm. This shift pattern is great for being able to get out in the week to do stuff while everything isn’t so busy!
Renewals- Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am – 7pm.
But I’ve Never Worked in A Call Centre Before, so how am I going to do the job with no experience?
