We are looking for a motivated HR Assistant to join our HR department. You will be required to support the HR Team by providing administration and transactional support.

You will play a key role in HR initiatives and supporting the wider business with any recruitment or HR system needs – and be responsible for the day-to-day administration of any HR tasks.

Role and Responsibilities:

*    Creating and maintaining employee records, in line with Company policies and relevant legislation.
*    Updating databases, including time and attendance.
*    Providing payroll information to the Finance Team.
*    Preparing and amending documents, e.g. employment contracts, letters.
*    Recruitment administration and support for the business.
*    Support the induction process for new colleagues and to serve as a point of contact for induction arrangements.
*    Providing support with all HR administration tasks, including benefits.
*    Ensure HR data integrity.
*    General administration duties within the HR team and wider business as required.
*    Support/ lead relevant HR projects or initiatives.
*    Any other duties as reasonably directed by management.
*    Required to actively manage the new starter retention programme.

Essential Qualifications and skills for the role:

*    CIPD level 3 or working towards is essential.
*    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*    Willingness and ability to develop key skills and knowledge base.
*    The ability to work as part of a small, supportive team.
*    The ability to manage and own your workload and prioritise work.
*    Excellent attention to detail.
*    A positive, practical, and level-headed approach to situations.
*    Someone who is driven to deliver.
