Job Title: Graduate Inside Customer Success Executive
Salary: £28k basic salary + £12k OTE

Inside Customer Success Executive Package:
A competitive basic salary of £28,000
Y1 OTE of up to £40,000!

Inside Customer Success Executive Role:
Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company, their offering and the markets they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
Maintain a high level of end user client contact
Build close relationships with an aligned external sales network, introducing the company and its offering to develop new opportunities
Support in the administration of accounts within a defined set of clients
Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all client information and opportunities are input in an effective and accurate manner
Inside Customer Success Executive Requirements:
Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
