Facilities / Health & Safety Manager required to join a Nottingham based logistics company. Overseeing total fm and HSE across multiple sites across the UK.

Client Details

Michael Page are currently working with a distribution company based in the Nottingham area who are looking to hire a Health, Safety & Facilities Manager to oversee sites in the Nottingham area plus another 6 site throughout the Midlands, North East and South West, so applicants must be willing to travel.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role within logistics, manufacturing or an industrial environment.


Managing and developing the Group's Health & Safety and Facilities strategy (total fm)
Leading the Group's H&S and Facilities function, ensuring the business is compliant and guidelines are being followed
Establishing a full programme of documented health & safety inspections, audits and checks.
Undertaking risk assessments and site inspections
Overseeing maintenance, security, waste disposal / recycling, cleaning etc
Liaising with external suppliers and contractors
Accountability for the cleanliness and maintenance of the of the site and grounds by lineProfile

Experience managing total FM for multiple sites (logistics experience would be advantageous)
Experience overseeing and implementing standardised Health & Safety practice across multiple sites
NEBOSH general certificate or an equivalent;
Previous experience within a fast-paced environment preferably manufacturing, logistics, distribution.
Hold a full driving license and be willing to travel throughout the UK.Job Offer
