Job Title: Executive Assistant

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum DOE

Location: Thanet

Proactive and tech-savvy EA sought for a buzzy, exciting company with global reach based in East Kent!

Duties include:

EA support to the Director, including daily email management and diary management.
Liaising with clients and suppliers worldwide.
Close collaboration with overseas teams, particularly in the US.
Project managing new ventures.
Meeting bookings and making travel arrangements.
Providing knowledgeable responses to queries by phone and email.The successful candidate will have:

Excellent organisation skills with attention to detail.
Ability to self-manage workload and meet deadlines effectively.
Lots of initiative, self-motivation and enthusiasm.
Confidence handling numbers.
Great communication skills with a personable manner and good customer service.
Confident IT skills with a good understanding of the full MS Office suite.
Flexibility with working hours, to be able to work around US Time Zones as needed.
Full clean driving licence and transport.
Some sales skills and the ability to speak other languages would be an advantage.This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and dynamic team in a varied and interesting role, offering standard EA tasks alongside team and client interaction.
