Enterprise Architect – HR
Leeds / Remote – 1-2 days per month on-site
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Enterprise Architect to help deliver a major technology transformation programme within the HR function of a major UK business.
The Enterprise Architect will take a leading role in the design and delivery of a number of major HR systems, including payroll, time & attendance, pensions etc. – all as part of a wider IT re-platforming and upgrade programme.
Reporting into the Head of Architecture, and mentoring a team of Solution Architects, the Enterprise Architect will take ownership for the overall Enterprise Architecture and strategic direction across the HR function, including working closely with key business stakeholders, process owners, and major 3rd party vendors.
Enterprise Architect – Key Requirements:
Significant previous experience working in an Enterprise, Lead, or Senior Architect role
Experience working on enterprise scale systems, within complex IT environments
Strong track record working in with HR / HCM systems – ideally Workday and ServiceNow, but open to other platforms
Experienced in working to modern architectural standards, frameworks, governance, etc.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including supplier management
Any formal qualifications or training in TOGAF, Archimate, Zachman etc. would be beneficial but by no means essentialEnterprise Architect – Benefits
