Who are GSL Education?

GSL Education was founded in the year 2000 and has roots as a philanthropic venture. Linked closely with the Keen Students School charity (KSS), a charity run School aimed at helping hundreds of struggling GCSE and A-Level Students successfully re-sit their examinations and then move on to university study. Many of these students were drawn back to education becoming teachers, where again they were nurtured and supported through the network of contacts KSS had developed in the east end of London. At this point the schools requested support to find more great teachers and GSL Education was born.

With a strong sense of community and family throughout, firm values and a do-it-the-right-way attitude honed and developed over 20+ years, expansion and growth has been organic to date including Canterbury, Manchester, Leicester, Watford , Newcastle, Hull, Plymouth and Yorkshire.

Who are you?

You’re an experienced Education Recruiter considering your next career move, or a recruiter in another sector looking for a change.

You will want autonomy to do your job well, without the constraints of meaningless micro KPI’s. You may be near one of our existing locations, but not necessarily. We’re keen to open one or two more locations.

You may want to progress your role and take on more responsibility, or you may simply want to take home more of your billings. You want a good work life balance with at least one work from home day per week, a career ladder to progress your OTE and basic salary with a clear, defined pathway, up to 35 days annual leave, only 5 hours per day worked during all school holidays and many other flexible benefits and incentives.
