Earthworks Site Engineer required for a large construction site in Leeds for a start ASAP! This Earthworks Site Engineer role will include surveys for volumes and use LSS software to report the findings, topsoiling and GPS models. This is a CIS role or limited company for this contract.
This Earthworks Engineer role will include the following duties:
Surveys using GPS to obtain volumes on earthworks
Utilise cut and fill software
Provide weekly reports on the volumes
Work closely with the construction team on site and mentor junior engineers
The ideal candidate for this Earthworks Engineer role will have:
Strong experience in 1 man GPS robotic kit
Surveying on earthworks contracts and working with volume calculations
Good civil engineering background
Experience using cut and fill software
CSCS Card and PPE
Ability to work with a professional team on a site where safety is the priority
