We are seeking an experienced team leader to support the growth of our Credit Hire department; this role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual that is ambitious and has a determination to succeed. The Credit Hire Department is a growing area within FMG and this is an exciting opportunity to bring your creative flair.
The Credit Hire department is responsible for 3 services within FMG,
Non-Fault Hire, a credit hire service with a focus on maintaining and improving our relationships with our hire providers.
Rental Damage, is a standalone service that utilises our accident management expertise to manage our client's rental damage claims
FIM Insurance, an administration team that manages general queries relating to accident management.
The requirements for the 3 teams offer a variety of responsibilities and opportunities. You will be required to effectively lead & manage an experienced team to ensure they provide the very highest standard of customer service whilst ensuring that objectives and targets are met.
To be successful as a Team Leader in FMG;
You'll need to be a proven people manager with strong communication and leading skills. You will also demonstrate:
