Do you enjoy talking to customers? Our client based in Farnborough is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. They have friendly working environment and offer full training. The role will start Monday 4th July. Hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm. This is a temp to perm role so you will be paid weekly for the first 3 months.
Description of the role:
As an Advisor representing this client, you will be responsible for communicating with customers over the telephone and via email, assisting with orders and queries, and representing the high standard of customer service that our client prides itself at providing.
– Processing of enquiries, phone calls and order capture including embroidery orders from business customers.
– Taking incoming calls from the general public in a friendly and informative manner.
– Making outbound calls to businesses and consumers.
– Understand processes (i.e. returns) and be able to articulate this on the phone to customers.
– Provide accurate information on products available and product specification.
– Enter information accurately onto the company database.
– Undertake all aspects of administrative work competently.
– Overseeing the accounts from putting quotations through to chasing payments.
– Managing the customer accounts system.

Requirements:

– Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
– Ability to maintain calm under pressure
– Quality and service oriented.
– PC Literate with a proficiency in MS Office.
– Quality and service oriented.
– Ability to prioritise and organise workload.
