– £12.49 per hour

– 33 days holiday each year

– 5 days over 6, Monday-Saturday, various shifts available between 8am – 6pm. Please see bottom for more information on shifts. Working roughly 1 Saturday in every 6 weeks.

– Must have experience in the handling of complaints. This will involve admin work on complaints submitted and also taking direct calls from customers to resolve any issues at hand.

– Remote working once trained/training can last a minimum of 6-8 weeks – 2 days a month in the office after training has been completed.

– On site restaurant facilities
