Our client is the leading manufacturer and distributor of Fixing, Fasteners and Building Consumables in the UK. This innovative company’s customers include some of the most renowned names in the Construction and Civil Engineering industries.

They are now searching for ambitious, dynamic Business Development Executives to join their team –they’re offering graduates a desirable package;

Business Development Executive Package:

Y1 OTE of £55k!

Business Development Executive Role:

Build a pipeline of sales opportunities for the company through generating new leads via the phone, email and face to face
Utilise sales optimisation tools such as LinkedIn and SalesNav to identify and build a rapport with prospects
Collaborate with other individuals within the business to develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed targets
Obtain an in-depth knowledge of the company through liaising closely with individuals across the business and completing CRM tasks
This role grants real autonomy and excellent progression opportunities
Business Development Executive:

Educated to degree level
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to make good decisions
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
An adaptable individual who is can lead but also work well in a team
