Branch Administrator – BRIGG


Job description:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main mission will be to support the branch operations department by carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks, including the accurate recording and control of customer contracts, implementing the quality management system and managing inventory levels. This is a temporary, full time role and is expected to be for 12 months duration.

Your profile:
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a demanding administrative
support role
• Experience in an industrial/technical environment is advantageous but not
• Good oral and written communication skills are vital
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn additional
in-house software
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and customer service skills
