We are looking for an Administrator on a 6 month temp-perm contract, a permanent role may be offered to the right candidate.

ACS Facades are a start up business so this is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a role with lots of variety in terms of their daily responsibilities. The successful candidate must be willing to help out with all general admin tasks within the office.

The main duties will be:

* Data entry

* Communicating via telephone

* Email tracking

* Raising invoices

* Purchasing orders

* Dealing with website/general enquiries

* General admin work

Attributes/Skills required:

* Flexible and willing to help out with a variety of administration tasks in the office

* IT/IS systems literate

* Microsoft literate

* Eager to learn new skills

* Good communication skills
