Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator with excellent customer service skills to join their newly formed team. The ideal person for the job will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.
Day to Day Activities will include:
* Management of membership databases, client account filing systems and income flow spreadsheets.
* Preparation and monitoring of client invoices.
* Organisation of both internal and external meetings.
* Management of a centralised team diary.
* Collating reports from the different business functions and preparing meeting packs for monthly and quarterly board meetings.
* Taking meeting minutes and managing action lists.
* Management of the company email account.
* Liaising with Finance function providing appropriate instruction sheets and regular distribution of standard reports.
* Working with marketing functions for regular website updates.
This is a full time, permanent position. There is free parking on site
