Accounts Assistant

Pertemps Salisbury are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a manufacturing company based in Fordingbridge. This is a temp – perm position and is initially a part time position but could lead to full time hours in the future.

Responsibilities as an Accounts Assistant:
– Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger duties
– Raising customer invoices
– Liaising with customers to ensure payments are received and recorded correctly
– Liaising with suppliers to match invoices
– Account and bank reconciliation
– Processing VAT returns
– Conducting payroll duties

– Previous accounts assistant experience
– Experience using Sage is desierable
– Confident Microsoft user
– Experience with payroll duties
– Flexible working approach

Our client is looking for a candidate to either work three days per week 8am – 5pm or Monday to Friday 9am – 2pm. Paying £12.00 – £13.25 per hour depending on experience. Permanent position is available after successfully completing 12 weeks via Pertemps.
